SERVICES OFFERED
Personalized 1-on-1 math tutoring for students in grades K through 12, as well as specialized ACT preparation for all sections of the exam. We also provide customized math tutoring for the Praxis, SAT, and college entrance exams.
We offer 1-on-1 tutoring in all subjects for students in elementary and middle school with certified teachers. These sessions are offered in-person or virtual through Zoom.
English tutoring is available for high school students. We also assist with essays for college entrance exams to help your student stand out.
This small group of 5-10 students includes comprehensive strategies for math, English, reading, and science, as well as time management techniques and calculator tricks to excel.
Offered in-person or through an online course that students can work at their own pace.

Meet Janki Patel
Hello, I'm Janki Patel, a teacher from Wilson County with extensive qualifications in education. I have 10 years of teaching experience through Metro Nashville Public Schools, Mount Juliet High School, and 5 years at University School of Nashville.
I now offer one-on-one math tutoring services for those in Kindergarten through 12th grade, as well as college students. I have 7 years of tutoring experience in addition to working for one of the premier test preparation companies in America.
I also specialize in ACT preparation through in-person small group classes, online Zoom sessions, or personalized one-on-one sessions for each ACT test date.

Meet Jennifer Tinker
Hello, I'm Jennifer Tinker. I have 13 years of elementary and high school teaching experience through Metro Nashville Public Schools as well as Nurses Middle College. I have also worked for Wilson County Schools at Mount Juliet Middle and West Wilson Middle.
In total, I have 3 years of experience teaching 4th grade, 5 years teaching middle school ELA, and 4 years teaching high school English.
I also have experience with small group tutoring, as well as, teaching Response to Intervention (RTI)

Yes! Book a consult call or send us an email and we can make this happen. With elementary school, we recommend booking 30-minute sessions. We also take homeschool clients on a case-by-case basis.

Yes! Both of our certified tutors worked in public and and well-versed in individualized education plans and 504s. All students can learn and grow. Allow us to be a part of your child’s journey.

We tutor ALL subjects for elementary and middle school.
For math, we tutor all levels for grades K-12 including college algebra and calculus. We do not tutor statistics.
We also offer customized tutoring in math for the Praxis, SAT, and college entrance exams.
In addition, we tutor all subjects on the ACT.

NO SHOW POLICY
We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise; however, we value your commitment to your scheduled tutoring sessions. In the event of a no-show, defined as failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the following policy will be applied:
1. First Occurrence: If you fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, you will receive a courtesy reminder of our policy.
2. Second Occurrence: Upon a second instance of a no-show, you will be charged the full fee for the missed session.
3. Subsequent Occurrences: Any further instances of no-shows may result in termination of tutoring services without refund.
4. No refunds will be given for ACT group classes. Funds can be allocated for a future class or one on one tutoring.

success.
CANCELATION POLICY
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may require the rescheduling or cancellation of tutoring sessions.
To ensure efficient scheduling and to respect the time of both tutors and students, the following policy applies to cancellations:
1. Notice Period: To cancel or reschedule a tutoring session, we require a minimum notice of 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
2. Cancellation Fee: If a session is canceled with less than 24 hours notice, a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the session fee will be charged.
3. Rescheduling: Sessions can be rescheduled without incurring a cancellation fee if done with at least 24 hours notice, subject to tutor availability.
4. Emergency Situations: In cases of genuine emergencies, such as sudden illness or family emergencies, we may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion.
Thank you for your cooperation in adhering to our cancellation policy, which helps us maintain the quality and efficiency of our tutoring services.
INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY
In the event of inclement weather (snow, sleet, hail, tornado, etc), I will notify the student if a session needs to be rescheduled. An online Zoom session may also be used as an alternative in lieu of cancellation. In the event of a weather threat, the cancellation policy does not apply but no refunds will be offered. If a session is canceled due to inclement weather, I will work with you to reschedule the appointment.

We will work for the the whole time we can and you will be billed for the entire session.

You can view our schedule here. If you don't see any availability, please add your child to our waiting list and we will reach out when more spots open up.

Yes! If both of your children need tutoring for the same subject (ie. ACT Prep), we offer a $25 each discount. Each student will receive individualized instruction but will be scheduled in the same time slot.
The same option is offered for 2 students from different households who may both need instruction for the same class.

Children can start taking the ACT as early as 9th grade. In Wilson County Public Schools, there is a free ACT for Juniors in the Spring and a free one for Seniors in October. Contact your school for details. If you are not sure when your child should take it, book a consult call with Ms. Patel!

We cover Math for 5 hours (content, calculator usage, and timing/strategy), English for 2.5 hours (grammar, strategy, and time management), and Reading and Science for 2.5 hours (strategy and time management).

To ensure each child gets a personalized experience, there are a maximum of 10 students in each class. Each class has a minimum of 3 students, otherwise the class will be cancelled and deposits will be allocated to a future class or one on one instruction.

The class will take place IN PERSON in Mt. Juliet, near Providence. You will receive an email with the address and details upon receipt of deposit.

Students have increased anywhere between 1-10 points. Some have even earned a perfect score. Every child is different but tutoring and the crash course is only one part of preparation. Your child must do the homework and daily practice to ensure his/her/their success on the test.
